This policy describes information handled through Living in Manhattan Beach and its inquiry process by Jonathan M. Smith, Broker Associate with DOMO Real Estate. It does not replace privacy notices provided for a transaction, lending application, or other separate service.

If you contact us or submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, property interests, approximate budget, preferred locations, timeframe, financing-readiness response, consent choices, and the details of your request. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank-account details, identification documents, or sensitive financial or medical records in an inquiry.

Forms may record their source, submission time, and consent selections. The initial website configuration does not include third-party advertising pixels or cross-site advertising campaigns.

We do not share mobile opt-in information or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes; service providers may process it to deliver the communications you authorized.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, or to ask us to stop promotional email. We may need to verify your request and may retain records required by law, brokerage duties, security, or an active dispute. Any additional rights that apply under California privacy law remain available to you.

Essential technologies may be used by our website or form provider to deliver and secure services. This initial configuration does not enable advertising pixels. We do not use the initial site to track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising. Legacy “Do Not Track” signals do not change the essential inquiry functionality. If we add optional analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and implement applicable choices before enabling them.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably needed for the purposes above, applicable legal and brokerage recordkeeping obligations, and resolving disputes. The appropriate period depends on whether an inquiry becomes a client or transaction record. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This website is intended for people seeking real estate information and services and is not directed to children under 13. External websites linked here have their own privacy policies. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the site.
